David Blum is an Associate with the firm practicing in the areas of Real Property,Probate and civil litigation. His practice currently concentrates on criminal defense and general civil litigation. David works closely with Anthony S. Battaglia, Chairman of the Board.

David graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2002 with a joint degree in Law and a Master of Business Administration.While at Stetson University, David was a Teaching Assistant for Trial Advocacy. In the fall of 2002, he successfully completed an intensive Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic and is currently certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a County Court Mediator.

David attained honors throughout his law School career and graduated cum laude. David was also elected by his fellow classmates to serve as an honor court justice

Before law school David attended Florida International University in Miami and earned a Masters of Science in Hotel and Food Service Management. After attending Florida International University, David worked in the hotel industry as a hotel manager and general manager for a national hotel company.

Before joining the Firm, David was a clerk for a civil litigation firm in Seminole where he gained extensive experience in trial preparation.

David is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Florida Bar and the District Court for the Middle District of Tampa and serves on the board for the Community Law Program and Barney Masterson Inns of Court.

David is married to Mandy, who is originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia.
