Sean McQuaid is a Shareholder with the firm practicing in the areas of criminal and civil litigation.
His criminal practice involves representation of defendants in State and Federal courts at the trial stage and in post-conviction motions, appeals, record sealing and expungement. His civil practice, likewise, involves a wide range of areas. Mr. McQuaid handles commercial contract litigation, Trust and Probate litigation as well as being corporate counsel to Beepers & Phones.
Mr. McQuaid has been a resident of St. Petersburg since August 1997 where he began his legal studies. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board from 1998-2000.
While at Princeton, Mr. McQuaid was a four-year Varsity letterman, captain of the Princeton Baseball team, a member of Stevenson Eating Club and a member of Kappa Alpha Order.
Mr. McQuaid is a member of the Florida Bar and the St. Petersburg Bar and the Bar of the District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He joined the firm in August, 2000. He works closely with the Founder and Chairman of the Board, Anthony S. Battaglia and Shareholder Aubrey O. Dicus, Jr.
