Jeffery M. Wilkins is an Associate with the firm practicing in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, criminal defense and employment law. Jeff works closely with Anthony S. Battaglia, Founder and Chairman of the Board, and Stephen Wein, Vice President and Treasurer of the firm.

Mr. Wilkins is a Florida native that resided on the Space Coast of Florida until moving to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. While at the University, Jeff served as the Warden of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He was also a member of Golden Key International Honor Society, Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society and received the University of Florida Presidential Recognition Award. The University is also where Jeff met his wife Dana, who is also a University of Florida graduate.

After completing his studies at the University, Jeff earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. As a member of Stetson's Moot Court Board, Jeff successfully competed in multiple appellate competitions, which included a semi-finalist finish at the international privacy law competition in Chicago. While at Stetson, Jeff also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable David A. Demers and the Honorable Anthony Rondolino of the Sixth Judicial Circuit. In recognition of his achievements, Jeff was presented with the E. Harris Drew Memorial Award at graduation.

Jeff is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar, St. Petersburg Bar, the Bar of the District Court for the Middle District of Florida and U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
